All classes and camps are held at Greasepaint Youtheatre at 7020 E. 2nd Street, Scottsdale. They are appropriate for ages 6-13, and run 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Early drop-off is available every morning at 8:30am at NO COST. Late pick-up is available Monday-Thursday only for $10 per family per day.

Robyn Hood of Deadwood - 3 week musical camp

Notorious female outlaw Robyn Hood is determined to settle several scores with John Prince after he stole her father's land, driving him and Robyn's mother to an early grave. Now John has discovered gold in the very same river that rightfully belongs to Robyn, but our heroine is 'darned' if she'll let him keep it.

Snow White - 2 week show camp

The familiar story loses nothing in the way of excitement, adventure and fun.  All our old friends are here — the lovely Princess, the mischievous Dwarfs, the Prince, the Huntsman, jesters, witches, goblins, evil pixies, the evil Queen and so much more.  This production is filled with great laughs, physical comedy and a lot of heart! The cast will take part in stage combat, slapstick comedy and one big finale dance!


The World of the Brothers Grimm - 2 week show camp

Five of the most popular stories from the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm have been woven into this hilarious theatre piece.  There are creative and funny versions of Hansel and Gretel, Sleeping Beauty, Rapuzel, Red Riding Hood, Snow White and Rose Red. Follow the Grimm Brothers in a wild comedy with lots of action and madcap fun! The cast will learn the art of physical comedy, comedic timing and have one fun theatrical experience.

Greasepaint Scottsdale Youth Theatre presents a new creative acting program FOR AGES 9-13 ONLY. This will be a troupe of young actors who will work on original drama, comedic plays, performance improvisation and sketch comedy. Actors must commit to the 9 week session and final performance(s). Each scene will focus on a new art form with final performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for young actors to continue their acting training and get performance experience.Rehearsal is every Sunday from 2pm-4pm or 5pm-7pm (depending on Greasepaint performances). The troupe is directed by 25-year Valley youth theatre director, Jim Gradillas

The free, final performance will be Sunday, March 5 at 7pm.
