If you or your student are joining us for a special program, workshop, or camp, there’s just a tiny bit of prep to do first!
Please download and complete all three required forms below:
EMERGENCY CONTACT | LIABILITY RELEASE | PHOTO RELEASE
All forms must be completed before your student attends their program. You can either:
1. Bring the completed forms on the first day, or
2. Email them in advance to moedias@greasepaint.org
Once the paperwork is done, it’s all creativity, confidence, and curtain calls from there! 🎭✨
